Semlalia has many rented apartments, furnished or not. Every time a tenant changes, the mattresses, sofas and rugs need to be restored. Landlords and agencies call us to clean a property before a new let. Tenants, for their part, contact us before the end of their lease to hand the apartment back clean and recover their deposit.
For families, we also offer regular maintenance of sofas and mattresses, with an anti-dust-mite treatment recommended for children and allergy sufferers.
